Jergens Naturals Aloe Moisturizer: Light But Powerful

Jergens Naturals is one of the brands I really love. I definitely love that the brand is affordable, yet still of good quality. I have vivid memories of myself trekking to Walgreens, and stocking up on my eternal favourite, the Jergens Ultra Healing Dry Skin Moisturizer. In fact, although this post isn't the Ultra Healing Moisturizer, I'm just going to include a photo anyway, because this is the best body moisturizer I've ever tried. It is TEH AWESOMEZ, seriously. And I can say that because I've tried every single moisturizer on the Walgreens shelf as a broke student in the freezing Chicago winters, and never found one I liked as much.

Anyway, of course I don't live in a place with cold freezing winters, but I do still get pretty dry skin from virtually living in an air-conditioned office (and no, I don't actually live in my office, but I do work pretty long hours). So I wanted a moisturizer that was light and not sticky, but still powerful enough to work on my dry skin.

Enter Jergens Natural Aloe Moisturizer. Looks like a dream come true, doesn't it? Not only does it look promising, it even comes in a handy, carry-around tube, that I can carry around in my work bag. Perfect for the office!

The lotion is a white, light liquid with a light pleasant smell, which I vaguely remember as being similar to my beloved Ultra Healing Moisturizer which I used back in the day. Unlike some other moisturizers, it doesn't sting my skin when applied, no matter how dry my skin is. It also applies very smoothly, and absorbs quickly. And after using it, my skin feels very moisturized, without feeling sticky.

If you're looking for an affordable, effective, easy-to-carry, fast-absorbing lotion, I highly reommend Jergens. There isn't anything I don't like about this - no irritating smells, no extraneous bits of glitter or shimmer, not sticky or slow to sink into the skin. And it works. Broke college student memories aside, this is definitely a great moisturizer which I would heartily recommend to everyone.
