Well, here's proof. I finally tried it out as a lip pencil, and I have to say - this is so much better as a lip pencil than as an eyeliner. I know it may or may not be lip safe, but I really like it as a lip pencil. The texture isn't too bad. It drags on the lips somewhat, as you might expect, but once it's on, it stays on unless you eat or drink. And the colour is also pretty darn gorgeous - it's a deep purple-leaning berry that's really beautiful on.
Here's a swatch of it for you. Not too bad, right?
Would you wear the Mossberry Lip Pencil as a lip liner? I totally would!

ReplyDeleteAs for how safe it is, if it's safe for the eyes than it's definitely safe for the lips too. The other way around may not be a good idea, though usually lip- and eyeliners are made the same way(they have the same ingredients).

ReplyDeleteLooks good! It may be a better idea to warm some of the product on the back of your hand and mix with a lip balm so it doesn't drag on the lips. =)

ReplyDeleteI agree with you the above pencil would not look nice on eyes. It looks much better on lips especially with some clear gloss on top
